Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 10, 2026.

Stratum PPC ("Stratum PPC," "we," "us") is an Amazon PPC audit and management service operated by Alfred Gabaldon. This policy explains, in plain language, what data the website handles and what it does not. If anything here is unclear, email alfred@stratumppc.com.

The short version

The free tools parse your Amazon bulk file inside your own browser. We do not run an account system, we do not ask for your email to use the tools, and we do not save your bulk file to any database. There are no analytics scripts and no advertising trackers on this site. We set exactly one cookie, an anonymous value used only to keep automated abuse of the tools in check. The rest of this page spells out the details.

Your Amazon bulk file and report data

When you use a tool like the Account Health Snapshot, the Wasted Spend Finder, or the Audit Dashboard, your spreadsheet is read and parsed by code running in your browser. To produce your results, the tool sends the rows it needs for the calculation to our server, which computes the output and returns it to your browser in the same request.

We do not write your file or those rows to a database, and we do not retain them after the request that produced your results. The computation is stateless: once the response is sent, the server keeps nothing about your account. We never ask for, and the tools never transmit, your Amazon login, passwords, or payment details.

The one cookie we set

We set a single cookie named sid. It holds a random, anonymous value that is not tied to your name, email, or Amazon account. It exists only so we can apply usage limits fairly across visitors who share an internet connection (offices, homes, mobile networks) rather than limiting purely by IP address. The cookie is marked HttpOnly, Secure, and SameSite=Lax, and it expires after about seven days.

This cookie is not used for advertising, profiling, or tracking you across other websites. If you clear or block it, the tools still work; we simply fall back to limiting abuse by network address instead.

Server logs and rate limiting

To run the service and prevent abuse, our hosting provider and our rate-limit store process routine technical data such as your IP address, the time of the request, and the path requested. The rate-limit counters are short-lived and expire within about an hour. This is standard operational data used to keep the tools available and to stop automated overuse, not to build a profile of you.

What we do not do

Third-party services

Running the site relies on a small number of outside providers. Each processes only what is needed for its function:

These providers operate under their own privacy policies. We do not control how they handle the technical data their services receive.

When you contact us or book a call

If you email us or book a free diagnosis call, you voluntarily share information such as your name, email address, and whatever you choose to tell us about your Amazon account. We use it only to respond to you and to prepare for your call. Booking is handled through Google Calendar, so the scheduling details you enter there are also governed by Google's privacy policy. If you send us account data by email for a diagnosis, we use it solely to prepare your written summary and we do not repurpose it.

Data retention

Tool data is not retained beyond the request that produces your results. Email you send us is kept only as long as needed to help you and to keep a reasonable record of our correspondence. Operational logs follow our providers' default retention.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS with strict transport security and a set of standard protective response headers. Because the tools do not store your account data and do not handle credentials or payment details, there is no store of sensitive Amazon data to breach.

Your choices

Children

This site is a business-to-business service for Amazon sellers and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

If we change how the site handles data, we will update this page and the "last updated" date above. Material changes to data handling will be reflected here before they take effect where practical.
