Sponsored Products Campaign Builder
Build a full SP structure without hand-typing a single row. Enter your SKUs and keywords, pick the campaign types, and download an .xlsx ready for Bulk Operations. Search-term isolation is written in for you as negatives, so your campaigns stop bidding against each other.

- Enter the products. Open this tool, put the SKU under "Which products", and paste the keyword lists under "Keywords and targets" for the campaign types you want.
- Set the money. "Budget, bids and start date" holds the daily budget and bids. Check the spend line above the build button: it shows the maximum per day across every campaign the file will create.
- Build and check. Click Build, read the preview table, and download the .xlsx.
- Upload one SKU first, then report back. Amazon Ads > Bulk Operations > Upload. Send back the campaign count and the $/day number from the spend line before running any more SKUs.
One keyword each (a campaign per keyword, exact match)
SKU - SP - SKC 'KEYWORD'. The Top of Search modifier below defaults to a moderate 50%. The Rank tab is the one that pushes 100% on purpose, so only go there when you actually want an aggressive top-of-search bid.Override budget and bid for these campaigns

What does this actually build?
A complete Sponsored Products structure for every SKU you enter: one single-keyword campaign per keyword, plus exact, phrase, broad modifier, auto (one campaign per targeting subtype), product targeting and brand campaigns. It writes the campaign, the bidding adjustments, the ad group, the product ad, the keywords and the negatives, then hands you one .xlsx you upload in Bulk Operations.
What is search-term isolation, and why does it matter?
Without it, your own campaigns bid against each other for the same search term and you can't tell which structure earned the sale. With isolation on, the builder writes the negatives that keep traffic where it belongs: single-keyword terms are negated out of exact, exact terms are negated out of phrase and broad, every manual keyword is negated into auto and product campaigns, and your brand terms are negated as phrase everywhere else. That is the difference between a structure you can read and a pile of overlapping campaigns.
Does anything get uploaded?
No. Unlike the other tools here, there isn't even a file to send. You type your SKUs and keywords, and the spreadsheet is generated in your browser on your own machine. Nothing is sent to a server, stored or logged, and there is no account or email.
How do I upload it, and what should I check first?
Amazon Ads > Bulk Operations > Upload. Before you do: these are real campaigns that will start spending on the date you set, so review the preview table, and run one SKU first rather than your whole catalogue. Confirm the campaigns landed the way you expect in the Ads console, then scale. If you want a second pair of eyes on the structure before it spends, that's exactly what the 30-minute call is for.
Building the structure is the easy half.
A clean structure only pays off if you feed it and prune it. The free Audit Dashboard runs your bulk file through all 9 panels: search-term bleed, bid architecture, placement strategy, branded split and ASIN concentration. Same in-browser privacy. A 30-minute call with Alfred turns the findings into the specific changes to make first.
