Accepts .xlsx files from Amazon Ads Bulk Operations. Typical size: 2–40 MB.
Exactly what gets sent, and what doesn't
Sent to the server (to compute your report, then discarded): search terms, campaign and ad-group names, and the spend, click, sales, and order numbers tied to them.
Never leaves your browser: the .xlsx file itself, your bids, and anything the report doesn't use.
Not collected at all: no account, no email, no login. Nothing is written to disk on our side; the numbers live in memory only for the few seconds the analysis runs.

Questions
What does this flag as wasted spend?
Every keyword or search term that took clicks and spend in the last 60 days but produced zero orders. They're grouped by campaign and ranked by the dollars spent with nothing to show for it.
Why 60 days instead of 30?
30 days misses slow-converting search terms and seasonality. 60 days catches terms that genuinely don't convert without false-flagging your longer purchase cycles.
Does it use my average order value?
This tool counts every dollar that went to a zero-order keyword, so there's no threshold to set. The deeper Audit Dashboard is AOV-aware: it derives your real average order value from your file (total sales ÷ total orders) and your account ACOS to separate genuine bleed from keywords that simply haven't had enough clicks to prove themselves yet.
What do I do with the results?
Add the worst offenders as negative-exact in the campaign they came from. For repeating word patterns, run the N-Gram Analyzer next and phrase-match negate. One negative kills the whole cluster.
The tool shows the waste. The audit shows the fix.
This tool covers one leak. The full Audit Dashboard runs the same bulk file through all 9 panels: search-term bleed across campaigns, bid architecture, placement strategy, branded split, and ASIN concentration. Free, same in-browser privacy. A 30-minute call with Alfred turns the findings into the specific changes to make first.
